Help wth radio fuse removal

Hey guys, My daughter has an 06 Aveo. In the fuse box the very bottom fuse is a radio fuse ( I think it also says clock too but don't have the car here so I am going from memory)This fuse is surrounded by some type of black plastic housing. When you pull on the housing it slides out(but stays connected to fuse box) Someone please tell me how in the hell you get the 10 amp fuse out of this housing thing. The radio is not working and I want to check this fuse.

Please help!!!
