A whole other level....

George just scratched the surface in his post about the 1/32 scale slot cars... I need more money.

Check out this club. They race 1/24 slot cars on huge tracks. They also use many different model bodies, most you'll recognize... Click on "Image Gallery."

Nice!
Slot car racing isn't really my thing, but I can respect the cars when they look as good as that!
Nice R390!

I can see Warren now, "But honey look, we can put it in the backyard and it won't be in the way!"

As for me, never really got into slot racing, but it does look like fun.

We had a poster up in the hospitals here in England.
It had a white couple who had just had a baby boy which was black!
She is sitting up holding the baby with a speech bubble saying "Oh no! How do I tell him!"
The one above him said! "YES! I can get a Scalelectrix!"

Used to build slot-car kits about a decade ago... like drag racing, whoever has to most money wins; better engines (highest I could afford was the 'hyper-dash' by a company which I can't remember), better rollers, tires, etc. Still enjoyed PLRing with electric R/Cs more.
