Talking

It will gain hp but not as much as a DOHC motor. And if you are looking into a header GET THE DC SPORTS I have one and went through 3 headers before the dcsports and it is far superior to the rest I have tried.

people are going to tell u those gains to sell u the product. on a SOHC motor, look for maybe 2-3 hp gains. its not going to be much more than that. if u really are lookin for speed, drop ur d-series motor, an the auto tranny. OR turbo it . but still, answer to ur q, it really jus depends if u want to spend that money for that gain.

Thumbs up

I have had the header for about a year now and it still looks like it did they day I put it on! The gray faded just a smigen but not even nnoticeable. I will take a pic today if I get a chance.
And to answer your other question, nitrous would be a great way to add significant hp without the coat of turbo.

Thanks, they have faded a little but that is normal. I have heard that they all fade after a little driving.

I got the DC 4-2-1 Ceramics on my 1990 Accord. I love em, the only thing is, I get them a little cheaper cuz they had a very very slight hole in the one weld, but it was nothing that some Therma-Seal couldnt fix.
