Dome Lights, Radio & Rear Wiper Quit

Sister pushed in tape in tape deck and radio, Dome Lights & rear wiper went out. Checked the fuses and they are good to go. The lights on the equalizer blink when you turn the ignition off then back on for a millisecond and then nothing. The rear wiper will spray washer fluid but wont wipe. Any ideas???

Hey, same thing just happened to me today. coming back from snowboarding...it was raining, popped the tape adapter for my IPOD in to the casette deck, a couple minutes later radio, rear wiper, and dome light quit working. Checked a couple fuses...seems ok. I'll look more tomorrow. Any luck with your issue?
