my pcm wiring harness got cut and corroded.

I took it to a shop and thats what they said. he said he fixed it. So ever since my transmission has been slipping and my car has been idling from 1000 and it drops until it finally stalls out. I took it back up he said the tranny is slipping because of burnt fluid and he cant find anything causing it to idle wrong.

What do you guys think is wrong and what can I do. This is my only means of transportation, actually I share it with my mother because she doesnt have a car, and if this goes neither of us will be able to get to work.

The car was running fine before. Hadnt slipped once and the fluid was crappy.
