Help!

ok guys, i took the eclipse out for a spin after sittign for 6 months. besides having battery problems I noticed that my oil pressure was a bit low lik 1/3rd of the way up when it was at idel nd then when i was moving it creeped up to the first tick and stayed about there. I never hammered on it or anythign. and when i am in 3rd it seems to want to go more like i hear the motor revvign up but it seems not to move as fast as the other gears???
