Electrical problem

I have an 85' Supra with some problems. The circuit for the windows and HVAC is blowing fuses. I traced the short to the HVAC side of the circuit. Just wondering if the Supra has a removeable resistor setup for the heating system and if that might be the problem.

In other words, I have already replaced the resistor on my Pontiac (for the same symptoms) and the fuses stopped blowing, but I am not sure if the 85' Supra has the same setup. Has anyone ever had this problem before. If so, what was your fix?
