help adding subs to a monsoon system

I have a 2000 sunfire GT with the monsoon sound system.
i wanted to add subs and a deck to my car, but a stereo shop
told me that it would cost 500 bucks to rewire my car, because
the cars alarm and beeping comes through the speakers.

Now my question is, is there a way around this?

or, i heard that i could hook my subs and amp up to my car
through the back speakers. that all i needed was like a converter?

if anyone knows if i can get my subs hooked up with out rewiring every thing that would be awesome, thanks alot.
