questions bout a lancer

i am lookin into buying a lancer or a civic i no civics are easy to fix up but i kinda want somthin different so thats y i am lookin at a lancer i have a t3/t4 turbo that i will put into what ever i buy ..... so i am wounderin will a stock lancer be able to handle that turbo at about 10psi of boost without mods to the engine and how quick will it be in the 1/4 with about 10 psi of boost

no the cars interior motor parts re not made for a turbo thats y the turbo car has a different motor
