What is this piece called
A few days ago, we had severe winds and the wind blew off a piece of my 01 Chrysler Concord. It is the piece that goes over the windshield wipers under the windshield outside of course. It looks like it just snaps on, so I suppose that is why it blew off. Can anyone tell me what the piece is called so when I call around for replacement I won't sound like a dummy. As always, thanks in advance
