Jagermeister orange
I am beginning the Tamiya 1/12 Porsche Turbos RSR 934 in Jagermeister livery. Tamiya calls for regular orange from their TS range but I noticed Zero Paints has Jagermeister orange in their line. Does anyone have any experience with these two oranges for the correct shade for Jager cars?
Also, I've doen some searching but have not come up with anything; does anyone know of any build, tutorials, etc for this car? Thanks, Jim Last edited by JimboCO; 01-21-2008 at 06:52 PM. |

Re: Jagermesister orange
Go for the Zero paints from Hiroboy - the TS orange seems too bright to me. Plus, the Zero paints go on like a dream! Unfortunately I don't have any comparison pics at hand . . . .
Just FYI - if you go w/ Hiroboy, buy two bottles for that 1/12 934 - you may wind up short if you only get one (I used just a bit of my second bottle, leaving more than enough to do my 962C in 1/24th). |

Re: Jagermesister orange
Thanks for the reply. I've decided on the Zero paint for this project. After doing some research it seems the orange has a bit of red to it and it looks like the Zero paint has this tone.
