dually conversion

quick question her all of yas. i got a 91 hd 2500 with a 1ton front end. now if i convert it to a dually, all i i gotta do is throw in the 1 ton full floater rear axle but what about my front axle, the front axle as is, is what 3 inches wider than the rear but for hte dually rims wouldi have to change the front a-a-arms or what im not super familiar with the difference? any help would my swap easier thx
