2002 Front Electronics Module

Hello, new here

I have a 2002 windstar with an intermitant fuel guage problem and interior lights issue....Seems when I have no interior lights I also have no brake lights or rear tail lights.

Also the fuel gauge sometimes reads ok, then it might sit at full for awhile, then it might sit at empty for awhile, you never know where it will be until you start the van, LOL

does the Front Electronics Module control all of these?

For sure, the brake lights and the rear tail lights are contolled throught the REM ( rear electronic module).

Re: 2002 Front Electronics Module

Just an update to this thread...

It ended up being the rear electronics module causing all my problems. I picked up a FEM and REM from the local salvage yard, ended up not needing the FEM.

So if anyone is in need of a good FEM for a 2002 windstar I have one available. I can sell it here to someone that needs one or list it on ebay. my email is [email protected]

The ford number of the FEM I have available is: 1F2T-13C788-AD

I will take 45.00 shipped for it paypal is best method
