d series into a drag car?

Hey everyone ive had my civic for about a year now and i should be gettin a new car within another year and i want to make my civic i have now into a drag car for fun as a hobby but i want to keep the d16y8 motor. Now does this sound incredibly stupid to anyone or should i show the talent of a D series motor and FYI it will be a turbocharged engine hopefully the new edelbrock kit coming out early spring. your opinions are greatly apreciated. Thanks

You can turn a D series into a killer drag motor...if you have a killer bank account.
