Suspension Swap
Hey everybody;
I am a newbbie to the site. I own a 98 Cavalier and I want to make it resemble more like the Z24. I want to start off with the suspension. Is it senseable to try and swap out my suspension with the Z24's? Reason being, I may not have to buy new struts,springs shock absorbers etc.. Is it as easy as mabey just swaping the springs? ![]() Can anybody give me some insite to this? Thanks |

Re: Suspension Swap
Your springs are the exact same as the Z24's. The suspension is the same across the j-body platform 95-05. So keep what you have, its not going to do anything different.

Re: Suspension Swap
Then why does it appear that the Z's are lower then my C/S?
Would it be because of the side skirts and different bumpers? |

Re: Suspension Swap
That would probably be the reason. Z24 Bumpers look a lot nicer than the base overall.

Re: Suspension Swap
Front bumper, rear bumper and side skirts on them make em look lower.
