1995 talon wont start

i have a 95 eagle talon with a 420a motor and it will crank but wont start. there is no power going to the coil pack or fuel pump(but when you first turn the key the fuel pump will spine for 3 seconds). i changed the computer coil crank sensor cam sensor coil plugg and crank plugg fuel pump and filter and fuel and mfi relay.i ran out of ideas.threre is compression and the timming is right on,

Test your TPS. If theres a fault and its telling the pcm its at WOT it shuts off fuel delivery thinking its a flooding. It has a 5 volt ref. closed should be .5 Half should be 2.5. Full should be 4.5. This is done Key on engine off.
