Re: WTF have I done...
I was unsure before, but now I know you're effin crazy. I mean, I knew you would always get back into it, I just didn't think it'd be THIS fast.
On a lighter note, I'm excited to see what comes of this beast. |

Re: WTF have I done...
I've only had 4 hours sleep, but I can't wait to get out there and see this POS sitting on my trailer. Ridiculous.
It was dynoed toward the end of last year. The owner couldn't find the sheets, but it was 4 digits. It came with a 861 whp dyno sheet at only 45 psi, but I'm almost positive I remember it doing about 1045 without the nitrous at higher boost. The car needs a little work to get it running again but it's not too bad. Then we just have to learn how to tune it and drive it.

Re: WTF have I done...
Holy $hit. So, after you get it running, how much are you charging for a ride.

Re: WTF have I done...
Kevin what was the purpose of buying a car so jacked up already? Your supposed to do all the work yourself
![]() Anyway I want to know how much you had to make it rain on this guy to even let you look at it for more than 10 seconds, let alone take it off his hands lol. Car is just too disgustingly fast man. If you have a death wish, there are cheaper alternatives ![]() We demand more multimedia on this godzilla of a DSM, please.

Re: WTF have I done...
Chad and I got a ton of pics yesterday, it will take a while to sort through them.
As far as all the work being already, well that just means that all the money has already been spent too. There has to be 60-70k in this car not including costs that are "lost" like endless dyno time and other expenses. The car has been local for a long time, and in an effort to keep it local the previous owner kept reducing the price. It eventually got to the point where if we didn't buy it I feel our sexual preference would have come into question. Plus the lower the price, the greater the chance that it will fall into the wrong hands. Like ours. I also expect the maintenance costs will be enough to keep us on the verge of going broke, and God forbid we break anything. There are a lot of things on this car that are quite new to us. Very expensive built two speed automatics with transbrakes and all that crap, block filled with concrete, huge turbo running an absolute ton of boost, suspension setup and adjustments to get the thing off the line without stuffing it in the wall, etc. I'm looking forward to doing all the AEM tuning on this beast, but the learning curve is steep and we can't afford to make any mistakes. I'd say there is still plenty of challenge in it for us.
