I painted the chain with a mix of gold and gun metal , it gives it sort of a dirty metallic grey color

at first I was only gonna drill out the molded on part, but I ended up breaking one so I cut them off and just used some aluminum tubing cut to size lol

quick mock up

the body work is just the bare plastic still, i haven't even filled the seams yet etc... but I will paint the bike a color similar to this, I think it goes well with the red and black

This is turning out beautifully! I too love the realism of that chain. Front brake rotors look A+ too.

I changed my mind on the color and went with black!

Now I can’t decide if I only want to add the upper part of the fairing with the windscreen and leave the rest naked.
