Wiper in Up Position

I have a 96 Cavalier, the wipers are stuck in the up position. You can turn the wipers on delay, and they operate normally, stopping in the down position. As soon as you turn the wipers off, they go back to the middle of the windshield. How do I fix this?

Re: Wiper in Up Position

You might also want to check the stop tab on the wiper linkage before you waste time/money on a new wiper motor.
