they DO make on for the 99-00 SI however the Electronics are sligthly different (ODB-III) the 93 B18 should be easier to retrofit and find (used)

If you get it rebuilt by endyne you can get it to 18+ Psi I think 24 is the maximum... Also there is a valve that keeps it from REALY rammin air in there untill you get on the throtle,

http://www.jacksonracing.com/pages/howorksh.html

Now IF you close the vacume bypass valve by just capping it off All of a suden your WHOLE powere band will look much nicer! This is another mod EnDyne will do in the SC rebuild. I believe the whole endyne rebuild will cost you about $1000? Not exactly sure I'll look.

Its $1475 for endyne to make this thing catapult a d16a6 into 12.5 second range literaly stock! with the exception of I/H/E They give you an intake and filter specificaly designed for the SC... They are boasting they have destroyed more quafes with this upgrade than any other performance part/mod... Im like DAYAM! When I get my SC im just gonna save again and not even put it on till I sned it to these guys... Cause god damn! Shit I should hit 10-11 second qt mile times with the ZC!

SC are also better for torque and power all along the bandwith, just not as much at higher RPMs than a turbo

i was also wondering (i was gonna make a whole topic for this, but oh well), anyone heard of any ways to Supercharge and Turbocharge and engine? I hear it can be done, and with a sensor or something that kills the SC when the turbo kicks in... any ideas?

Yes it is possable to super and turbo, you dont need a censor to turn off anything and its more of an ooh ahh type thing than anything... Here it is, the problem isnt the amount of boost. The problem is the fact that if you take compressed air from the turbo and cram it into the SC what happends? Jack shit, you dont make anymore boost because the air is alreay preurized... All your doing is adding MORE heat to hot air. The way to get around this is to make a custom manifold for the SC that has a second port and have 2 intercoolers (Two intercoolers is a MUST) Now you have compresed air being added to compresed air... Any more boost? A little... it doesent actualy ADD the boost of the SC and the boost of the turbo  What happends is you get the charictoristics of the SC (TQ and Low end HP) and the turbo (High end HP) So its like a turbo with no lag! WOW!! They make a turbo that does better thoe... Its called a BALL BERRING turbo This turbo+SC is like the same thing as a centrifugical SC that vortec makes
