That is a crappy photoshop job. Look at the rear brakes you shaded them in too much, for starters. Now how about a pic of that POS that you probally drive.....Oh and nice background....all i can say is WTF ?

how do you mean real?

i really did make that model you know.
but okay, i see your point.

i have a '91 DX and an '89 GL (both uk spec)

i absolutely adore civics. unfortunately i cant afford to spend as much money on modding as all you lot on here do. therefore the only thing i have are 15in alloys. i been readin the forums for a while and decided to say hi.

because a lot of people come in and post fale pics...gets a little old.

okay, might not have been touched by photochop ( ) but it was generated somehow. look at the wheel wells...not smooth round.....windows look kinda funky....shall i go on?

reguardless....welcome any pics of your real cars? civics don't have to be modded for me to want to look at them

sorry. i thought the people mightve been impressed by my amatuer 3d studio max work. i guess not

im trying to teach myself this damned crazy program and i thought makin a model of my own civic was the most fun way about doing so.

anyway. this is my '91 DX. with my lovely cheap 15" fox wheels. incase there are people who analyse the photo ill tell you that i lowered it in photoshop. cause i cant afford sports springs/shocks at the moment. i can barely afford to run the car as it is! oh the life of university students. i do have some JBL 6x9s in the back and a sony cda 600 head unit.
the 89 GL civic is a MOT failed one that i bought for £50. with the intentions of swapping electricy bits into the DX. C/L, E/W, E/M and the instrument guage with tach. (i know this is gonna be a rather hard thing to do but i am studying engineering at university so i should be okay)

just wanted to chat to other civic owners. is that so bad?

don't even sweat it. again, new people who have barely posted a hello often come in and try and pass off a pic as their car. then they deny it until a fight breaks out and then they disappear. kinda an evil circle. we don't like fruads....but, you didn't know we had this problem.

oh well....we go forward from here. again, welcome. please feel free to jump right in. people will see this as a misunderstanding, no harm done

Hey Dude...nice clean ride...just cuz you don't have cash to mod the car doesn't mean you can't hang out!

I got started here trying to install a $35 tachometer

Welcome!

I'm quite impressed by your 3dstudiomax skills. I tried to make a CRX with Lightwave and it didn't look good at all. Mad props 'cause it musta been pretty damn hard to make that model.
