Are drag 3 turbo kits street legal for honda cars

What other types of mods are illegal in cali?
I might be placed there for a job in next 1/12 year and id like to know what im getting myself into.

Not really sure. Just make sure that whatever parts you buy have a Certified CARB EO Number. You can pretty much find any kind of mod with a CARB #, just might be limited to certain brands. Like for turbo's for instance, the only kit with a CARB # to my knowledge is the Greddy Kit.
