I HAD A PROBLEM WHEN MY HORN KEPT COMING ON....REASON FOR THE STEERING WHEEL PROBLEM...IF YOU TAKE YOUR STEERING WHEEL OFF AND REMOVE OUR WIPER AND LIGHTS THING YOU WILL SEE A KINDA LOND METAL STRIP...BEND IT UP A LITTLE AND REPLACE EVERYTHING...IF IT STILL DOESN'T WORK AFTER THAT...YOU MAY WANT TO GO TO THE JUNK YARD AND RELACE THAT WHOLE WIPER AND LIGHTS THING...IT FIXED MY PROBLEM....I'M SURE SOMEONE ELSE UP HERE CAN GIVE YOU SOME OTHER THINGS TO TRY FIRST

Before you take the steering wheel off make sure your wheels are pointed straight forwards......than take the steering wheel off and put the new one on, making sure that it is centered....if you find that it is off a little just take it off and adjust it one notch at a time until it is in the right position.

Common sense isn't very common some times.....but that does work....I had to adjust my Grant wheel a couple of times before it is in the right position, but if you just do it one notch at a time youll get it right eventually

I have an Si, but i'm sure it's about the same. There should be screws that are on the back of the wheel. Remove those and the horn cover should come off. I think it is an 18mm deep socket that you use to get the nut off, but i forgot.

Just try using punctuation and stuff.. Like normal english people.. Its really easy and people will never get so fed up with trying to read what you're typing that they feel the need to make a post so you know that they think its annoying.
