Coilover height problem?

recently posted in DSMTUNERS.com, sorry for the repeat, just trying to get a lot of input,

i just recently got the TEIN type SS coilover suspension kit for my 99 eclipse GST, immaculate ride none the less, however i noticed that there is a small difference in the wheel/fender gap for each wheel,

basically i lowered it 4 coils (thread marks on the coilover setup) in the front and i lowered it with 6 coils in the rear, so i put the front slightly lower than the rear, being that the less ammount of coils results in a larger drop, however, the distance in the wheel/fender gap is different.

the front left is 1 finger, the front right is a tight 2 fingers,

the rear left is a perfect 2 fingers, while the rear right is a loose 2 fingers,

is this normal? am i supposed to adjust the coilovers to match the ride height? or am i supposed to match the amount of coils? please help thanks
