I just bought a Fuji Finepix A200 for $119 @ K-Mart; it has 2.0 Megapixels, no optical zoom but a 3x digital zoom, movie mode and a Macro mode. A sample is below.

I use a Fujifilm Finepix 4700 which is great. It supports resolutions from 640x480 to 2400x1800 and also has a very good macro function for those close-up model shots. It cost about £200 about a year and a half ago but was well worth the money.

I use a sony DSC-S85. 4.1 megapixels Nikon's tend to have better macro performance than Sony's and more accurate color fidelity. Sony has lower color fringing (chromatic abberation) and less picture noise. The Canon Powershot G3 kicks butt! I love that camera. I like my Sony as well.

It's an auto spray paint. It's actually a Peugeot colour and if I rememeber correctly it's called Blaze Yellow. It was quite popular on the 306 GTI-6 when it was in production.

Sony DSC-P5

Hello all!

I am a newbie here so this will be my first "official post"
I use a Sony DSC-P5 (3.2 megapixels) to take pictures of my models. I think it just works great. Here you see an example.
If you would like to see more pictures of all the Tamiya F1 models I've made, here is a link: http://www.aerogi.be

Bye,

Giacomo

Also you have to remember that the photographer can make a big difference if he knows how to take pictures correctly. I;m just about to go home so this weekend I'll post some pictures of quality pictures I have taken with mine. Olympus 490z digital camera. I love it! And I'm not sure if they make it anymore, I got it 2 xmas ago and it had just had its second price drop. Its a 2.1mega pixel. I use to go aroudn $500 + but I got mine around $300 USDM.
