After a recent visit to a model shop...

i bought a Team OK Racing 180SX by Fujimi, and a Mines LM Evolution R32 GT-R...coz it wus buy one get one 1/2 off...haha, and found a new place that sells tamiya primer and paint (finally get to paint my RX-7)...

neways....here's the thing:

Team OK Racing 180SX: when i looked at the box, it loox really nice with gold rims and recaro seats...i opened the box and bam there it is! R34 rims....the actual R34 has 18" rims...fujimi gave me 17's...that's not a big problem, i'll jus put those onto my Mines R32 (like the one in the May 2001 issue of Sports Compact Car) and i went on building the 180SX, i check the parts, i'm missing 2 steering wheel, an extra sparco seat, and what really pissed me off is that the INSTRUCTION tells u to put in the OEM retarded looking non-racing seats....but now the 180SX has the BBS 18" rims frome the Mines R32 kit and i had extra steering wheels from the Initial D RX-7 so all problems solved....the kit is the best fitting kit, (atleast the chasis is)

-the lesson of this thread, never buy the Team OK Racing 180SX, you're better off buying the normal 180SX kit coz its basically the same shit, only different stickers and u get R34 rims =/

dude, I checked the 1999.co.jp website, and I think some parts were being stolen or taken away from the kit before you purchased. The kit includes wing, 2 seats, and twin tail pipes...as below:

BTW , do they have the side skirts came with the kit? I am thinking to buy this kit, snap some pics when you finish the kit pls.

hey joecwlaw, i have those parts too, but in the instructions it shows there should b an extra set of SPARCO seats and RACING Steeingwheels, those are just OEM ones =D, i would seriously ask u to reconsider buyin this kit, unless if you really want the stickers and btw no it doesnt come with skid skirts, you are better off with the 180SX Type X AERO Special one
