Okay, so last Spring Break my girlfriend and I went to visit some family in California. We stayed for a few days with my Grandma, and finally the day came when it was time to go back home. Well, as soon as we pulled onto the interstate, I looked in the rearview mirror, when what do I see? A black Viper RT/10. My girlfriend asked what year it was, and I figured I'd check the exhaust (you know, how they switched it from the calf-burner to rear) to get an approximation, so I said...and I quote...

"I'll just let it catch up".

Then I realized what I had said..."I will let the viper catch up!"..."I will let the 450 hp beast behind us catch up!". Oh, it was great fun saying it, and I imagine I won't ever have a chance to say it again.

Gotta love that

What were you driving?

Also, later Vipers have vents and an intake in the hood, side pipe models don't.

It doesn't matter what he was driving, if the Viper was just cruising along anything could be in front.

That's cool, when I was driving through Quebec this summer in the other direction I saw a strnge Viper. Iwas looking in that direction by chance wh y I saw a pure balck Viper, the rimsand all. It was really strange because it had a GTS-R wing on the back. They only make the white and blue GTS-R's though right. I thought it might have one that my friend told me about. He said there was a drugdealer who ran between three cities in a triangle. He was caught by the police when they set up a police barracade of concrete. They clocked him doing 260 km/h from Montreal to Toronto.Sounds phoney but, the car fit the description.

I was driving my girlfriend's civic. Yeah, she was just cruising and it started off behind us right when we pulled onto the highway. But just saying that brought a smile to my face.

Sounds like a urban legend to me, how would you see in the dark with no lights? And you'd need it flat black so it wouldn't refect, and the special steath technology to make it invisible to radar... methinks it's a load of crap.
