Door hard to open

How do you fix a door that is difficult to open from the inside? When I pull on the inside handle, I have to shoulder the door open. Door opens from outside fine. Thanks for helping.

Re: Door hard to open

first try to lube the latch on the door and open close a few times. if that doesn't work may need to take inner door panel off and check linkage and clips make sure all of it is tight and not bent.

Do you know if the linkage can be adjusted?

Re: Door hard to open

Linkage can always be adjusted.

Sometimes there is some engineered adjustment, other times you have to bend it slightly.
