92 cavilier problem

i have a 1992 chevy caviler vl coupe with 206,000 and it starts in the morning then it could be 10 miles could be 1000 miles but it will die like some 1 turned the key off they it could start right back up or it could be 45 min idk wats wrong it runs great just that minor problem

it could be any number of problems. Take it to autozone or advance to get a free computer scan to see there are any codes. what engine do you have. It could be someting simple like a loose battery connections,crank position sensor going bad and the list goes on

I've had the crankshaft sensor act like that,92 3.1 engine.
