'97 Bravada-front end clicking noise

I just replaced my transmission in my Bravada and got everything back together. Took it out for a drive and now I have a clicking noise that can be heard coming from the front end. The truck sat for about four months when the tranny went out before I could afford to get it replaced.
The noise is definitely from either the CV joints or the differential, as I put the truck up on jackstands and turned the wheels by hand and could hear the noise when I turned the tires. The diff was a little low on fluid and I topped that off but I still hear the noise.
Having just laid out almost $1000 on getting a tranny and having somebody remove the top four bolts(what a PITA that is) and then re-install tranny(I did transfer case and drive shafts) I really can' afford another big cost. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the CV joints but you can take one of the front wheels off and see it the rotor is rusty and dragging the brake pads & making a noise.

I already looked at the rotors...they're good. The clicking is either the cv or diff. I think that it is coming from the diff but I can't be 100% sure. If it is the diff, what are the possible issues? I can fix almost anything if I can find out what it is.

I don't know about a clicking differential, the ones I kill are more heavy clunka/clanka noises before it locks up completely or quits pulling.

Try cranking the wheel all the way to one side and see if it's worse. If it is its most likely the cv shaft.
