AC/Heater blower problem

The highest setting on the AC/Heater control (5) won't work. Works fine on 1-4, just not on 5.

Have read in other posts that there is a part that can be replaced behind the glove box. Where exactly is this part and what is it called, having trouble locating it on auto parts stores websites.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, believe I have located it and found the part at my local parts store.
