Question 99 323IS water leak

Getting lots of rain in N Calif this winter and water is puddling along on the outside edge of the passanger side floor. Also have water stain on the lower passenger side windshield support. Nothing obvious (of course) to tell me where its coming in. Had the windshield replaced several yrs ago and never noticed any leaks until the last couple of months. Just had windshield replaced again and it still leaks so I'm doubt if it this is a problem with the windshield. Inspected the sunroof area and didnt see anything. Car has always been garaged in past winters but its outside in the weather now (just got new C6 to replace it Have owned it since new and its never been in any accidents. Any suggestions on where/how to track this down appreciated as I need to find it a new home soon.
Thanks in advance. Gary

Re: 99 323IS water leak

on some of theses models water seaps down the weather strip onto the window mechanism and out the door pad into the vehicle. open the door panel and using plastic and butile tape re seal the door cavity ( all holes on the door )
