air/fuel ratio meter

I have installed an autometer a/f ratio guage and find it is always lean. I used the rear o2 sensor. has anyone installed one of these and found a fix? or is my o2 sensor toast? Or should I use one of the fronf o2 sensors?:flash:

I hooked mine up to the harness in front of the forward cylinder bank, almost in the center. The wire with the shielding on it is the one you want to tap into, it's white. The meter should go back and forth while driving, from rich to lean, and should be rich when at WOT. Good luck.
