It's not guaranty that my tricks work, but they could.
The truck his parked on a hill? If so, it should be pushed in direction of the hill, which is impossible with human force. If it's not on a hill, it should be easier.

I think I forget to specify something.
When the truck is pushed, you must depress the clutch pedal. If not, the truck will not budge. If there's enough room behind the truck, you can also start engine, go backward, then try shifting to N while the truck is in motion. With clutch depressed of course.
