Your best bet is probably a file sharing program, such as Kazaa. Some people out there are sure to have basically anything you want

Check out MY site:
http://www.nextestdrive.net/ Go into "the garage" and check sounds and video sections. I have some video that I shot as well as sounds I recorded at the track both inside and out of an F50...and I have the Koenig Turbo F50 series of videos near the bottom of the video page.
