2001 Durango Momentary stalling
I have a 2001 4 wheel drive 4.7L. We will be driving and without warning, the truck will act like the motor just died, engine light will come on and then it will go back to normal and run, or we will be sitting at stop light and the next thing we know the engine will not be running anymore. It will start just fine. I have taken car to locat automotive parts store and they have printed out the code. It says that the Neutral Switch showed an error and that is all. I have replaced spark plugs, changed oil, and done normal engine tune up. I am wonding if I could have a faulty neutral switch and if this could cause these problems?

You know, that happens too me once in a blue moon. I never gave it much thought cuz it happens so little. I thought it was the gas I used. Reagrdless unless it happens more often I don't need any additional money expenses. Gas prices is through the roof here in California. rimfire,22 |

If you find the problem can you please let me know in having the same issue as well and in thinking the ICM ignition control module or perhaps a loose switch
