1994 GMC Z71 OXYGEN sensor

Hi, can aninopertive O sensor, shut the throtlle body jets off?

No. If the ECM detects that the O2 sensor is not working, it will set the Check Engine Light and run in Open loop (instead of Closed loop where is uses the 02 readings to adjust fuel).

Ignition module and/or pickup coil can affect the fuel injectors. As the dist turns, the pickup coil sends an AC signal to the ignition module that is converted to a DC signal. This DC signal is used by the ECM to fire the injectors.
