Loose Steering Column
I have a 91 Cutlass Ciera with a loose steering column. I know it is from two loose torx bolts in the bottom of the column. I have tried to tighten them before, but they are hard to get to because the swival part of the column is in the way. Does anyone know the size of torx socket I need to get to tighten these?
Thanks. |

Re: Loose Steering Column
I would just buy a set of Torx bits, to have em all... I can guarantee this won't be the last time you will need to tighten a Torx screw

Re: Loose Steering Column
I just went out and bought a set of torx sockets at the parts store for $10. The size T40 fit the bold.
Thanks. |
