1996 Cherokee Xj transmission lines

1996 Cherokee tranny lines. I have a leak in the front of the vehicle either from the tranny cooler or one of the lines from the radiator to the tranny cooler. But the line running from the radiator to the cooler looks to be a high pressure quick disconnect. Can I just replace this line with rubber hose or will it create another problem down the road?

You will need to get the disconnect. They are not very expensive. Or it could be the O-ring in the disconnect. Either way a call to the dealer should take care of it to get the part.
