body kit questions

would a 1992 jetta body kit fit on a 1990 vw 1.8l jetta i dont se much diferent in the cars its a question for my friend any help would be much help is there any body kit available or like kits

It's my understanding that there is little or no difference from 88 to 92. The diesel and gas engine bodies are interchangable as well. I did so after being clobbered by a tractor trailer truck.

is a 1990 jetta a good car
i found one in the auto trader today for 1000 which seems like a steal are these cars easy to mod because i am also planing on getting a vdub and if i can get one for cheap i can put more money on parts
this is a 1990 golf 1.8l white no rust tinted windows and it has a lowering spring kit or lowering suspension kit from my understanding

all jettas from 86-92 use all the same parts except for some trim on the interior. in 90 they did change the bumpers and the size of the wheel bearing housings and control arms. other than that indentical.
