94 3000GT SL blown Engine

I have a 94 3000GT SL , white, black leather power everything 6 disk cd changer you know - the SL, tinted windows, lowered, 18" Konig Rims, Borla Cat-back exhaust, High Flow cat, Intake, etc, body is in excellent condition and so is interior. Bent piston Rod, cracked head gasket, just from age, not from hard use. Happened on the way home from work. Let me know if anyone wants a project car or parts car. Great shape. Just dont have time & money to keep. Call 207-522-4400, my name is Ben, or reply here. Calling prefered. Thanks guys.

Re: 94 3000GT SL blown Engine

I don't really know about price, haven't decided. Rims & tires were over 2000 alone, so I might sell them seperate and put the stock back on. Interior is in good shape for age , leather cracks in the driver seat, on the door side of the seat, been the same amount for the last 3 years (since I bought it). Shift boot has a few cracks, other than those two wear and tear, its in perfect cond.

And ya, bent rod from age, I never heard of it neither, but I was just driving it like a normal car, like a commuter, babying it, for the last 8-12 months, hadn't stepped on it for a long time. On the way home from work a few weeks ago, the oil pressure was low, but it was running FINE. So a couple days later, after sitting, the oil leaked out (2-3 quarts). I put some back in, looked around, wasn't leaking, so I started it up, and it ran REAL raged, like low low RPM and so on. I was pretty sure about the head gasket, but I dont have any tools/garage to do any work so I just took it to the Mitsubishi dealership down the road, they confirmed the head gasket and said a bent rod. I dunno man, I thought it was weird, guess it probably happend when I started it.
