96 grand am blowing ign mod fuse
I have a 96 grand am SE with the 3.1 with 201k miles. I just got done with putting head gaskets, timing chain gaskets, camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor in the car. After i got it back together every time i try to start it it blows the ign mod fuse. I cannot figure out why i am having this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: 96 grand am blowing ign mod fuse
Probly a short in your wires to the Ign mod, or it isnt ground properly.
If it is not, that can toast your ICM. May just be pinched wires check the purple, yello, and pink wires coming from the ICM to the cam/crank sensors. The grounds black. Hope that helps.
