Go to the User CP page. Go to the Edit Signature page. Look for the icon that appears like an envelope with mountains on it. This is the "insert image" icon. Follow the instructions.

Sorry to say, I tried it but don't have a web page. So I really don't know how to do it. Could some of you guys step in and help us out?

There are lots of free image hosting services like picasa, imageshack and photobucket

Once you've created your account and uploaded your pictures; you can them link to them on this site.

I'd like to add to that by saying once you've uploaded your picture to the hosting site, get the link to it, and then to place it in your sig start with [IMG] then insert the link for your pic then finish it off with[/IMG] . Make sure your pic is no more than 400x150 max image size or you will get an error message and have to go back and re-size it to fit.
www.tinypic.com is another good photo hosting site.
