POLL: Buik Regal 2000 VS Mitsubishi Eclipse GS 1995
So my buddy and I were arguing about wich car would win in a race, so without taking into account the driver wich war would win in a quarter mile, the buik regal or the mitsubishi eclispe?
buik regal: automatic V6 mitsubishi eclipse GS: manual V4 Please give us the most acurate an honest anwser because we bet a 48 of coronas!! ( we mean beer ofcourse )    |

I'm sure there HAS to be a V4 out there, somewhere. It would be one big ass (displacement wise) 4 banger...and its not in the Eclipse. Go race and find out. Bench racing is for the French.

Okay so apparently back in the day they used to make some V4's used by ford in germany and england in some vehicles. They are also more commonly found in motorcycles aswell.

Regal GS hands down. I have gone agianst both and the Regal would definately have the advantage.

my friend used to say V4 cause she didn't know any better. One day I finally corrected her and now she says it just to annoy me
 And yes the Regal should win fairly easily with a 100hp advantage

Believe me, as long as he doesn't granny shift, but rather double clutch like he should...oh the GS indeed. Gawd...I watched that movie too soon ago... |

Id take the Regal hands down. The GS eclipse is a bit underpowered, even if it has the manual it wouldnt break low 16s.

Regal GS has the same Supercharged 3800 motor in it as my GTP...
