Dead

I have a 92 Buick Century, v-6,auto,Pwr windows & door locks, air, pwr trunk release, am/fm/cassette player, I just replaced the door handle in the drivers side door. Cranked the car checked everything and it operated as it should ( or so I thought). The problem is my wife gets in cranks car and turns on headlights, she hears a buzzing sounds as she describes it, ( I didn't hear it) so she shuts off car. Try's to start it again, but alas no pwr coming into car. I have checked all fuses in the glove box with a meter, all appear to be good. Is there a main fuse somewhere I'm missing. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance for your time and any help that can be provided.

Re: Dead

Check the battery and the battery cables for loose or corroded. Do you have power to anything ? Could be a fuseable link.

Re: Dead

Thanks for the info, finally found fuseable link that had been added by a previous owner at some point. Found skint wire and repaired and replaced fuse. Century is alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! once again.
