need help with problem, motor

92 civic si. i got the car about 5 months ago and started driving it for about a month when the battery light came on, i checked it out and my belt for my alternator came off, upon further inspection and about a 6 hour job we had to take the alternator out. the tension bolt broke off and half of it was in the alternator, the other bolt, i guess the mounting bolt was also missing, so it was hanging on by the cables, we got all that done and it worked, about 2 months later the tension bolt broke again, once again we got it out and replaced the bolt. after that about every 3 weeks the bolt got loose and i would have to tighten it up again. yesterday it broke off again and i am getting pi$$ed. should i just get a really strong a$$ bolt or my freinds said that i should get new motor mounts, how do i check to see if my motor mounts went bad? any ideas or suggestions on what i should do?

try replace it again but this time put like a teflon tape on the bolt so it wont get loose. also are you torquing these bolts down to the proper specs or just making it as tight as you think it should be ? maybe you are making the belt too tight so it puts alot of pressure on the bolt and the belt. also you always say the tension bolt breaks, but what about the mounting bolt, is that fine ?
