Can S13 coupes look good?

Hey all,

I saw a S13 coupe driving around today... it looked decent, but nowhere near as good as a hatch...

Anyone have any pics of good looking coupes? I saw SCC's project 240, and it looks ok...

I like the lighter weight, and firmer body, but I want a tiny bit of show to go with the go

-Grendel *still undecided between a coupe and a hatch *

i beleive if i am not mistaken the difference in weight is like 50 lbs and the difference in rigidity is very little
nothing a strut tower brace and beefed up roll bars can't fix

i got a coupe... yea i heard that the coupe is 1 second faster in the quarter mile then the hatch.. cuz of the weight.. dats wut i heard.. the coupe runs 15.7 and the hatch runs 16 somehting for the 89-90 version... if u get a coupe u can turn it into a silvia if u get a hatch its a 180sx or u can turn it into a sileighty... the hatch looks good without the conversion... if u get the kit and rims and stuff... but i like the coupes cuz it can be a full sivlia...

Pics of some good looking coupes...it's impt to note that the Silvia headlights have variations...as maybe will be noted in the pics and I HIGHLY encourage anyone to get the Siliva headlights...as I dont like pop up lights...DRAG sux

I'm liking this one In the issue of SCC where they did the SR20 swap + Silvia front end conversion, they said they shaved 50 lbs vs using the pop up lights...

If the coupe is already 50lbs lighter, and the conversion shaves another 50, thats 100lbs... thats about a tenth faster in the 1/4 right?

Do S15 front ends bolt on? The biggest loss with having the coupe is not being able to get the 180sx taillights... I guess a bodyshop could mold them in tho eh?

One thing I just noticed on the pic of SCC's 240... the seatbelts dont look like they are the goofy automatic types that the hatches have... are the seatbelts normal on the coupes? Thats two good points for the coupe Light weight, and normal seatbelts
