dead hamstersmell in truck
HELP !!!!!
We were driving home from the petstore and the hamster got loose. Into the dash it went. We were unable to caoax it down with food and water, even in the hot sun. A week later we cannot even get in the truck it smells so bad. Does anyone have any solutions to getting this horrific smell out of the truck? |

Re: dead hamstersmell in truck
Until it completely decomposes into a pile of dust and bones the smell is not going to go away. Start unbolting things until you find it, depending on the year of truck you may want to take it to the dealer and have them do it. After the body has been removed take it to a detailer who might have some stuff to get the smell out.

try anything you can to remove the body! as for the smell? i've heard that coffee grounds can help absorb the oder, and smell like a starbucks in the progress!
had a 87 samurai softtop, some smartass at work dumped elk urine cover scent down my defroster ducts before my hunting trip, towed it 200 miles with the top off, still made your eyes water for a long time, talk about nasty! best of luck to you, i smell your pain Rick, Ore |
