lowering???

I got some generic adjustable coil-overs off ebay a couple months ago, and it is one hell of a rough ride, im not sure if its just cuz they're cheap coilovers or i should have got the springs instead. Anyways I'm lookin to replace them with somethin a bit more comfortable to drive with... any suggestions? What are you guys using?

the most comfortable i have heard are ground controls. springs would also be less bouncy but not be adjustable. Did you change your shocks too? this could also lead to the bouncyness if they were still stock shocks. What I use is WeaponR Coilovers and Tokico Blues, its bouncy, but the main reason is cause im all teh way down in front so i dont have much shock travel....

If your ride is bouncy and feels cheap its because you're riding in stock shocks. Don't be cheap, do it right.. Even if you're not buying the most expensive coilovers or springs, make sure you get shocks that are designed to work with lowering springs.

Think about it. If you lower your car 2" on stock shocks your shocks are ALWAYS under 2" of load.. Thats not good for your shocks and it will more than likely make a 12 year old car ride like a bag of shit pretty fast.

Do it right.
