i need help any 1 please !!!

i got a crx SI
I just put on a d16 sohc vtec
the ECU is not getting power or is bad
no spark
cant hear the fuel pump prime
when i try to start it just keeps turning over
I checked all fuses ,in the motor compartment and inside under dash
and I replaced the main relay and I cant hear the relay click
the ECU is not even giving me the 1 flash hello sign.
could the main relay I bought be bad or the ecu be bad.
the check engine light does not come on
I also check the grounds on the motor what else should it be???

what ecu are you using...did you test the main power supply to the ecu to see if its getting a signal? I would make sure your getting power to the ecu before you suspect the main relay..get your manual out and test the power feed to the ecu, I know you checked the grounds..but make sure the thermostat ground is connected...when my z6 went in I had no ecu power cause I forgot to ground it ..little shit like that is easy to miss when your changing an entire engine...
